In the next three months, you’ll learn how to communicate about things you’ve wanted to say and gradually have the courage to show your vulnerability. This will make you feel so much lighter than before!

A strength you can use now is emotional detachment from people, which should be applied when you need to protect yourself. If you don’t want to be around someone you don’t like, you always have the choice to physically distance yourself from them.
